Office Hours
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Additional days and hours are available by appointment.

Evening, weekend, holiday, and off-site ceremonies are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

Walk-In Policy
If you are planning to walk in without an appointment, please call ahead to ensure we are not out of the chapel for an off-site ceremony.

Deposit and Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for evening, weekend, holiday, and off-site rehearsals and ceremonies. Deposits are due at the time of reservation and are necessary to secure your booking. Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward your total fee but is non-refundable. Deposits for off-site ceremonies are non-transferable within 45 days of the ceremony.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit/credit cards (a 3.5% merchant processing fee is automatically included), Venmo, and CashApp. We do not accept checks.

Guest Limit for In-Office Ceremonies
For in-office ceremonies, the total headcount is limited to 25 guests, including children.

Fee Structure
All fees are quoted as a flat rate. We do not charge additional fees for mileage, travel expenses, sales tax, or other costs.

Important Reminders
Don’t forget to bring your Tennessee marriage license and a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, visa, passport, or military ID) for each person to be married.
